I changed name of Blog to Rock Hard Cockpit Destination Iraq today. Cockpit was the original name of the band, coined by our own Chris L., who just recently pulled the ejection lever to shoot himself the hell out of the band. Chris we hardly knew ye. Anyhow in a moment of pure brilliance Chris picked Cockpit for the band and it stuck, which was amazing due the fact we had seven other people coming up with equally inappropriate names, though not quite as aeronautical. When the powers to be got a hold of the name they shot it down, claiming it was too sexual in nature. Following closely after were suggestions for New Directions, courtesy Kevin K. , you hafta say it out loud. Also we had Landing Strip, Maximum Thrust and Premature Ejection, all which in turn were blown away. Nay, nay they said. Well how about Black Hawk Riders we asked. Someone post who came up with that because they deserve a medal. Once again you have to say it out loud. Did they shoot it down because it was to perverse? Sorry folks, the Army has Blackhawks not the Air Force, it wouldn't fit. That was the reason...really.... Well anyway I now name the Blog for our original and everlasting name. Cockpit!
